Can I return my item for a refund?
Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
