If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help! You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Just reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out your replacement. Please note, we currently offer exchanges only (no refunds), and sale or custom items are not eligible.
